If you’re always in fear of making a mistake, you will never experience what LYFE is about.
When you just EXIST, LYFE passes you by and you accept what is given. But when you LIVE, you are the narrator of your path/journey.
Let us start being uncomfortable because that is where the most growth occurs. When you allow others to become more important than yourself, to the point that the image of what you should look like becomes more important than who you really are, that’s where the problem begins.
Do you exist to live, or do you live to exist? Know the difference and know why. For so many years I believed that it did not matter that what I had to offer was worthless, which I believed inside that I was just as worthless. I was so good with wearing different masks to where I really did not know who I really was and to be truthful I did not really want to know because that would mean asking myself the tough questions the ones that I did not want the answers to, so I just blended in where it was comfortable, but no more.
Now I am free to be me. I learned to process my feelings and set boundaries and limits that work for me and only me. I learned to listen to my inner self when it needs attention that only I can give. I learned not to be afraid. I live and I am happy, and I know some days will not be so good, but it is then that love on myself so fiercely and I pamper myself. I take trips either with the one I love or alone because I am okay with myself, and I am my own self best friend and I love it. I live and I love my lyfe and most of all I love me!
My mission is to inspire hope and contribute to human health and well-being by providing the best teachings on Trauma and Self-Care. In my coaching plans, my core objectives are to improve individuals' relationship skills, encourage self-regulation, and mental and mutual support, and enhance participation in the community. The knowledge that I have about trauma and self-care will equip individuals with the best ideas to deal with lyfe matters and in avoiding the depression effect, which may otherwise impact daily functioning. Concerning my self-care plan, I aim to create a proactive approach to safety by developing safer emotional and physical environments for all individuals, reducing the possibility of re-traumatization.
As we go about our lyfes' journey we run into many obstacles in our lives, some we just breeze right through, to where others we must take notice of and give it the required attention that it needs. Do these times come when we want them to? No. Is the situation going to stop because we're not ready or is it an inconvenient time? No, lyfe still pushes through the good, bad, and the damn ugly and it is up to you to deal with these situations head-on, and sometimes that is challenging for some.
Dealing with lyfes obstacles can be devastating in ways you cannot even imagine and can leave you in a mindset that only confuses you, leaving you doubting your very existence, purpose.
In many individuals' lives, we experience a certain type and amount of trauma that we find ourselves trapped feeling as if we have nowhere to go or no one to listen to us or care.
Let's not live in fear anymore. Let's live that lyfe we were meant to live. Control that fear like you know you can. Enjoy who you are, love who you are, stop looking for validation from others, let our own validation be good enough. Believe in yourself and know that you are worth it. And I will be right here cheering you on every step of the way.
Everyone has a path in Lyfe that they must travel, and I am not here to judge you for whatever path that you choose to take. My goal here is to help you to stop judging yourself.
