Let's take this journey together, just you and me. Understand and know this is a safe and no-judgment zone. As a trauma survivor, I specialize in helping others like myself overcome the struggles of living in the past by overcoming the pain, guilt, and shame and becoming the best person that you know you can be.
What I offer is specialized coaching geared uniquely for each individual because we are all unique in our own ways and even though we all may have experienced some type of trauma we all process it differently, so my process is geared towards individuality.
In my six-week process (or longer this depends on you and we go at your pace), we tackle the uncomfortable and we reclaim the power that has always been inside, either we lost our way or were too afraid to take hold of it. We establish boundaries and limits and set forth with goals and a plan. We take back control one step at a time and start living lyfe again as we choose to live it.
Let's start living and start practicing healthy self-care and self-love. Let us develop a healthy balance of self-esteem, and a healthy balance of self-worth and believe in it all and know your worthy of this. Let us be okay with who we are today and know that you will be okay tomorrow.

Human beings are social beings. They engage each other in intimate and non-intimate relationships in an orderly manner. When such unions fail to work, challenges emerge that may harm the subjects of the relationships. Harm may manifest mentally or physically. You may be struggling in one form or another from a failed or a failing relationship. It may be a punctured intimate union with your loved ones or a broken tie with someone you may have known for a considerable period. It is very hard to cope with hurting blood or toxic non-blood ties. Most of us have gone through extremes of such worse unions. Some of us have had worse struggles than others. After betrayals and negative treatment, there comes a loss of trust, a loss of hope, and a deep-seated fear for new relationships. Such elements signify trauma. Although some people manage to get over trauma cases, others remain trapped in them. The different abilities to handle trauma stem from the fact that we are distinct and unique from each other. New relationships may suffer the effects of past unions due to captured memories. This especially happens when one or more parties involved in the new tie hold on to issues from the previous unions. Trauma from such injuries affects us physically, mentally, and emotionally. The past issues may negatively affect new and promising unions. We do not really need to stick to past issues. Rather, we should focus on building unions from lessons captured from past relationships.
HOW YOU WILL BENEFIT FROM THIS PROCESS
You will learn how to let go of past inconveniences from toxic unions. This course shall aid, capture and assess lessons from past unions and apply them to new relationships. You will learn how to apply knowledge to mold self-control that is beneficial in handling the aftermaths of trauma.

You will devise styles of assessing healthy and toxic relationships for the purpose of making rational choices.

Struggling in any form of a relationship, whether it is an intimate one or one with your loved one or someone you may have known, is hard and we all have gone through it some worse than others. We are left with a sense of betrayal, loss, and trust issues but what is amazing is that some people move on without a blip on their radar because as I said before we are all incredibly unique individuals. But what I realize is that in relationships we bring baggage from the past that disturbs our physical, mental, and emotional sense within and robs us from having a healthy relationship with others as well as ourselves. Let me guide in breaking that cycle.
The most important aspect in lyfe that relates to creating a reliable mindset is developing self. A well-developed self is crucial for creating a positive attitude. The best routine to develop a positive mindset can be achieved by simple but distinct steps which are easy to distinguish and follow. They include and are not limited to identifying areas that require adjustment, practicing self-check, developing a healthy lifestyle, engulfing yourself with positive individuals, training yourself on positive talk, and practicing humor. These are among the helpful chain of topics to be discussed in the self-development module. Proper self-development feeds the brain with positive elements, for this reason ensuring the creation of a resourceful mindset. Changing self is a procedure that calls for investing in self. The body requires adequate timing and resources to ensure that the influence of self-development creates an outcome of positivity.
The set of steps is basically meant for improving and reclaiming behavior. A positive mindset fosters a better feeling about oneself. Self-development promotes the ability to tackle new challenges with confidence. A positive mindset created out of self-development aids one to hop out of self-limiting beliefs, behaviors, and lifestyles. The steps are crucial for self-training and self-mentoring. Positivity comes with good values, virtues, and practices such as love, hope, respect, teamwork, confidence, and inner strength. A positive mind is a productive mind.
